The promoter is a graduate engineer in Mechanical Engineering with 35 years of experience in business development and contracting across power, oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial projects in India and other countries.
The promoter also comes from a family business involved in manufacturing NPK fertilizer mixtures and trading fertilizers and pesticides, with direct relationships with agricultural producers in South India.
The company is registered in India as a merchant exporter for industrial goods and agricultural products.
